- 8 oz. extra lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked (2 c. cooked)
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 c. cottage cheese (1%)
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown ground beef and garlic in saucepan until redness disappears.

2Drain off excess fat.

3Add tomato paste, tomatoes and seasonings.

4Simmer for 20 minutes.

5Cook lasagne noodles.

6In a casserole dish, spread 1/3 meat, then 1/2 noodles, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.

7Repeat once and lastly top off with meat sauce.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or cover with waxed paper for 20 minutes, rotating every 8 minutes.
