  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 16 oz fire roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/3 cu Parmesan cheese
