  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1 c. Biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In a large bowl, combine soup, 1 1/4 cup milk, seasoned salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.

    Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Bake, covered, at 375° for 15 minutes.
