- 1 tbsp Culinary Grade Lavender
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan

2Scrape your vanilla bean and add to the pan.

3You're going to strain it, so you can toss the outside of the bean in as well for a stronger flavor.

4If you don't have a vanilla bean, a teaspoon of vanilla extract can be substituted.

5Add lavender to pan.

6Simmer 15 minutes.

7Remove from heat.

8Syrup will thicken as it cools.
