- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce) package cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Line 13x9-inch pan with foil.

3Brown meat with onions & drain.

4Add salsa, beans, dressing and chili powder; mix well.

5Arrange 3 of the tortillas in a single layer on the bottom of the disk and cover with half of each the meat, sour cream and cheese.

6Repeat the layers.

7Bake covered with foil 30 minutes.

8Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.

9Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.

10To cook later: freeze assembled casserole for up to 3 months.

11Preheat oven to 400°F.

12Bake, covered for 1 hour and then uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
