Layered Fruit Salad

- 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. toasted coconut
- 2 c. banana chunks
- 2 c. peach slices
- 2 c. pear slices
- 2 c. seedless grapes, cut in halve
- 1 c. strawberry halves
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, pineapple and coconut; mix well.

2In a 2-quart bowl, layer bananas and grapes and half of the cheese mixture.

3Then layer peaches and pear slices and remaining cheese mixture.

4Top with strawberries.

5Chill and serve.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
