Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked shell macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. shredded ham
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 c. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2Rinse in cold water; drain.

3Combine macaroni and oil; toss lightly.

4Layer eggs, lettuce, macaroni, ham, peas and cheese in salad bowl.

5Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients and mix well.

6Spread mixture evenly over the salad, sealing to edge of bowl.

7Cover tightly and chill 12 hours or more.

8Toss gently before serving.
