  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 pkg. (small) instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Mix and pat flour, nuts and margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Beat until fluffy 1 cup of Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

    Spread on cooled crust.
