- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. walnuts
- 1 c. flour
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix oleo, flour, sugar and chopped walnuts.

2Spread in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.

4Set aside to cool.

5Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip, then spread over cooled crust.

6Mix pudding with milk and spread over cheese mixture.

7Top with large container Cool Whip after pudding mixture sets up firm.
