- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. 10x sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 container Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine flour, butter and nuts, press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

2Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip together and spread this on the cooled crust.

3Mix vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk together and spread this on cream cheese layer.

4Mix chocolate pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk together and spread this on vanilla pudding layer.

5Spread 2 cups Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
