Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
- 3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese, preferably fresh
Directions

1On a large platter or in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch or larger dish, arrange the following ingredients in order: spinach, water chestnuts, celery and onions.

2Spread mayonnaise over top. Sprinkle with sugar.

3Place in refrigerator overnight!

4Arrange avocado and tomato slices in alternate rows.

5Top with crumbled bacon, then Parmesan cheese.

6Cut through all layers to serve. Serves 8.
