- 1 cake yeast
- 5 lb. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. lukewarm water (about)
- 1 c. buckwheat or yellow cornmeal flour
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.

2Put 5 pounds flour, salt and oil in large pan.

3Add dissolved yeast and lukewarm water.

4Mix well and knead, turning over many times until smooth.

5Cover with dry cloth and set in warm place about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough rises.

6Cut in sections the size of an orange and roll between cupped hands.

7Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.

8Preheat oven to 450°.
