- 1 c. cooked salmon or halibut, crumbled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 8 egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Mix fish with cream cheese, onion, garlic and grated cheese. In a separate bowl, mix water and cornstarch to make a sealing paste.

2Fill each egg roll wrapper with an appropriate amount of the fish and cheese mixture and fold over, sealing with the cornstarch paste.
