- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 cups ham, cubed
- 8 small potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute the onion & cabbage in the melted butter, stir fry until translucent.

2Add potatoes, garlic, wine salt & pepper, stir.

3Add parsley & ham, mix well, cover.

4Simmer 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

5Serve.
