Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water or milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 c. diced cooked ham, chicken or turkey
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Chinese long noodles or linguine
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine.

2Add soup, water, Cheddar cheese, and sherry.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese has melted.

4Add meat.

5Cook noodles as package directs.

6Do not rinse.

7Combine noodles with meat mixture.

8Pour into shallow buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, or until bubbling.

11For a browner top, place under broiler.
