- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup cooked and cubed turkey
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 ounces turkey gravy mix
- 1/4 milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add celery and onion and cook for 5 minutes or til tender, stirring occasionally.

3Add turkey.

4Blend water, gravy, flour, and salt.

5Pour over turkey.

7Bring to a boil.

8Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes Serve over rice.
