Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped leftover meat (beef, chicken or ham)
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (10 oz.) can creamed soup
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Cook onion in margarine in skillet until tender.

    Add meat, cooked rice and soup.

    Combine thoroughly.

    May add a little milk for moisture.

    Cover and simmer over very low heat about 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Serves four to five.
