- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. chopped leftover meat (beef, chicken or ham)
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) can creamed soup
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine in skillet until tender.

2Add meat, cooked rice and soup.

3Combine thoroughly.

4May add a little milk for moisture.

5Cover and simmer over very low heat about 10 minutes.

6Sprinkle with grated cheese.

7Serves four to five.
