  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or more if needed
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Freshly ground white pepper

Directions

    Combine the garlic, salt, egg yolks, lemon juice, and zest in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
