- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- powdered sugar
Directions

1With pastry cutter, cut 2 cups flour with butter, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes (lightly brown).

3Beat eggs, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and baking powder in bowl.

4Pour over crust and bake 20 minutes.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
