  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    With pastry cutter, cut 2 cups flour with butter, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.

    Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes (lightly brown).

    Beat eggs, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and baking powder in bowl.

    Pour over crust and bake 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
