  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (mix in sugar)
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice (real lemon)

Directions

    Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar.

    Press in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour on top of crust.

    Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cut while warm.
