- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon, rind of
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions

1MIX crumbs and margarine; press on bottom of 8-inch square baking pan.

2Bake at 350F for 5 minutes.

3BLEND sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, lemon peel and juice until smooth; pour over baked crust.

4BAKE at 350F for 25 minutes.

5Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

6Cut into squares.

7Serve warm.
