- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Line 13x9x2-inch baking pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.

2Crust: Blend butter, sugar and salt in bowl until smooth.

3Stir in flour.

4Scrape into pan, pressuring level.

5Bake in preheated 350F oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

6Filling: Beat sugar, flour, eggs and lemon juice in bowl until smooth.

7Pour over crust.

8Bake in 350F for 25 minutes, until no imprint remains when lightly touch in center.

9Cool on rack.

10Remove from pan, cut into squares.

11Dust with confectioners' sugar.
