  • 4 oz. lite cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O vanilla or lemon instant pudding
  • 1 pie crust, prepared
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 pt. strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 c. blueberries

    Beat cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth.

    Stir in lemon peel and juice.

    Stir in 1 package Sweet 'N Low.

    Fold in 1/2 of yogurt.

    Spread evenly in bottom of crust.

    Press strawberries into cream cheese layer, saving several for garnish.
