  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberry fruit spread
