Lemon Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 12 graham crackers

Directions

    Boil milk for five minutes in can in pan of water.

    Chill overnight.

    Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water and add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.

    Beat milk until stiff and whip gelatin mixture into it.
