- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 graham crackers
Directions

1Boil milk for five minutes in can in pan of water.

2Chill overnight.

3Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water and add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.

4Beat milk until stiff and whip gelatin mixture into it.
