Lemon Bisque Desserts

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • rind grated from lemon
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 large can Milnot milk, chilled
  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

Directions

    Mix jello with boiling water, lemon juice, rind and honey.

    Let congeal until nearly set.

    Beat milk until stiff, then add jello and continue beating until well mixed.

    Put half of wafer crumbs in bottom of a dish or pan larger than 8 x 8-inch.

    Pour mixture on top of the crumbs, then cover with the rest of crumbs.

    Put in icebox for an hour or longer.

    May also use lime jello.
