- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- rind grated from lemon
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 large can Milnot milk, chilled
- 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Directions

1Mix jello with boiling water, lemon juice, rind and honey.

2Let congeal until nearly set.

3Beat milk until stiff, then add jello and continue beating until well mixed.

4Put half of wafer crumbs in bottom of a dish or pan larger than 8 x 8-inch.

5Pour mixture on top of the crumbs, then cover with the rest of crumbs.

6Put in icebox for an hour or longer.

7May also use lime jello.
