- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter, softened
Directions

1Cream 1 cup butter.

2Gradually add 1/3 cup powdered sugar, beating well.

3Add flour and cornstarch; mix well.

4Add pecans. Cover and chill 1 hour.

5Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

6Flatten each cookie with the bottom of a glass which has been lightly dipped in flour.

7Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, or until edges are light brown.

9Cool.
