  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 13 cup sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour onto large greased and floured bread pan or in 3 minature pans.

    Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.

    Blend lemon juice and sugar well.

    When lemon cake has baked, pour lemon juice mixture on top while still warm.

    While warm, pour frosting on.
