- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen), thawed

1Combine margarine and

2ReaLemon. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of the ReaLemon mixture.

3Add paprika to remaining ReaLemon mixture. Dip fish into paprika mixture. Broil until fish flakes with fork.

4Top with bread crumb mixture. Return to broiler.

5Heat through.

6Refrigerate leftovers.
