- 2 chickens, cut up
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Melt butter and add lemon juice.

2Pour over cut up chicken placed in a shallow pan.

3Use 1/2 of butter and lemon juice mixture.

4Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.

5Turn and baste with remaining lemon butter.

6Bake for 40 more minutes or until tender and evenly browned.

7Serve on bed of watercress brightened with lemon wedges.
