  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Beat cake mix, lemon pudding, oil, water and eggs until well blended.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
