- 1 c. boiling water, dissolve, allow to cool
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cooled Jell-O liquid
Directions

1Mix together and cook in 9 x 13-inch floured and greased baking dish.

2Allow to cool 20 to 25 minutes.

3Pour holes in cake with metal skewer.

4Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 lemon.

5Pour over cooled cake.
