  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water, dissolve, allow to cool
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • cooled Jell-O liquid

Directions

    Mix together and cook in 9 x 13-inch floured and greased baking dish.

    Allow to cool 20 to 25 minutes.

    Pour holes in cake with metal skewer.

    Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 lemon.

    Pour over cooled cake.
