  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • juice of 1 lemon and grated rind

Directions

    Mix and spoon on cake while warm. Place in oven at 300° to 325° for 15 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
