  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto wax paper.

    Beat egg whites in a large bowl at high speed until foamy white.

    Slowly beat in 1/2 of the sugar until stiff.
