- 1 box instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix well, but don't cook.

2When cake is done baking and still hot, prick cake with a fork all over almost to bottom of pan. Then pour lemon juice mixture over the cake evenly.
