- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. hot water (boiling)
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix jello and water together well and cool.

2Mix cake mix, jello, oil, eggs and extract well.

3Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

4Pour into 10-inch Bundt pan (well greased).

5Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

6Cool slightly.
