  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

    Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool for 10 minutes in pan and then turn out onto cake plate.
