  • 1 pkg. lemon cake
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. water
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix well and add lemon jello, mixed with warm water.

    Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan (test to be sure done).

    Pierce with fork after removing from oven.

    Mix juice of lemons and confectioners sugar.

    Pour over cake.

    This makes a glaze.
