- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello (not pudding)
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Combine first 2 ingredients in a large bowl, then add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute.

2Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 325° for 70 minutes.

3While warm, prick cake with fork so frosting can drizzle in.
