  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello (not pudding)
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions

    Combine first 2 ingredients in a large bowl, then add all other ingredients and beat for 1 minute.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 325° for 70 minutes.

    While warm, prick cake with fork so frosting can drizzle in.
