- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve lemon jello in the boiling water.

2Beat eggs, cake mix, oil and jello mixture well.

3Add 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 350°.

4Have ready the powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixed together.

5Be sure to mix through the lumps.

6Prick top of hot cake with fork all over and pour lemon-sugar over top.

7Serve with whipped cream if desired.
