- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and then stir in sugar and flour mixed together.

2Take from fire and add eggs and butter. Set back on fire until egg is set.
