  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 tsp. butter

Directions

    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and then stir in sugar and flour mixed together.

    Take from fire and add eggs and butter. Set back on fire until egg is set.
