- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour; add melted oleo, egg yolks and milk. Stir until smooth.

2Add lemon juice and grated rind.

3Fold in beaten egg whites.

4Pour into unbaked pie crust.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
