- 1/8 c. butter
- 2 eggs (separate whites)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks.

2Add remaining ingredients (flour, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk).

3After thoroughly mixed, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell (9-inch). Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
