Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 5 tsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. drained capers
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Directions

1Combine flour, paprika and pepper on a plate.

2Press chicken into mixture, coating evenly and then shake off excess.

3In a heavy 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

4Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

5Do not overcook.

6Place on heated platter.

7Add chicken broth to skillet, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom. Stir in the lemon juice and capers and heat through.

8Pour sauce over chicken breasts and serve.
