- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. capers
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 c. chicken bouillon
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Flour chicken and brown.

3Remove chicken and keep warm.

4Add salt and pepper to pan.

5Add capers and lemon juice. Cook and stir 1 minute.

6Add bouillon; cook and stir for 1 minute. Put chicken back in and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

7Add water as needed to prevent from going dry.

8Serves 6 to 8.
