  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil

Directions

    Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until it resembles crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of crumbly mixture. Spread remaining mixture in long pan, pressing down firmly. Bake 15 minutes at 350° or until lightly browned. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.
