  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 9-inch pie shell (uncooked)

    Combine flour and sugar in large bowl.

    Add beaten eggs and oleo.

    Beat until blended.

    Stir in lemon juice, buttermilk and vanilla.
