  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese (Longhorn or Cheddar)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan.

    Stir over medium heat until dissolved.

    Cool until it begins to set.

    Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
