Lemon Cheese Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon pudding cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, oil and 1 egg with a fork until crumbly.

    Pour 1/2 of the mix into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Blend cream cheese, 1 egg, lemon juice and sugar until creamy; pour over cake mix.

    Sprinkle with remaining cake mixture.
  5. 5
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
  6. 6
    Let cool and cut into squares.
