- Lemon Chess Cake
- 1 pkg. Lemon cake
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 4 cups confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend lemon cake mix with 1 stick of butter and 1 egg. Grease 13x9 inch pan, and press batter into pan. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted in center of cake comes clean. Cool on wire rack.
